• As of now we are only accepting domestic orders through website (India). Contact us for international orders.
• Orders would be processed within 2-3 working days.
• Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 days from the date of ordering. However, there may be delay in delivering to remote locations or delay due to natural calamities.
• The processing time will be longer for customized orders, Usually, it takes up to 10 – 20 days including shipping.
• Please note that delivery is solely vested with courier companies.

• We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
• Once the order is shipped we will provide customers a tracking link for orders in the Orders page in ‘My account’. We will also mail/SMS the tracking numbers/links to the customer.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email at [email protected], mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
