If the product is not as per description or the product is damaged or colour faded, you can mail us at [email protected] or call us at +91 96336 10855 within 24 hrs from receiving the package. Once we approve your return request, customer can return us via speed post. We will replace the product or refund entire billing amount except shipping charges. Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost within 7 working days.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking to the same account. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in 10 working days.
Cancellation before shipment : Order once placed can only be cancelled within 12 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected] or call us on +91 96336 10855. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
Exchange Policy : Exchange will be allowed If the product is defective, damaged or lost in transit, In that case inform the store at [email protected] or call us at +91 96336 10855 within 24 hrs receiving the package. The product has to be sent back to us with the tags intact and after examining the product we will send a replacement product to the customer.
Full Refund Possible If the product is not as per the description then initiate a refund request by contacting us within 24 hrs and if the claims are true then send the package back to us with the tags intact. The products without tags are not eligible for refunds. We will initiate a refund when the package is delivered back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase such as Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking, UPI, etc
